Delivery Info

All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo as required.

Any items which are stocked in our stores or in our Uxbridge Showroom will be despatched next day. We are currently averaging 6 working days for all other items. Every effort will be made to despatch your order as quickly as possible but in the event of any delay we will contact you to keep you informed.

All orders will be despatched by first class Royal Mail package post. Postage will be calculated according to the total weight of the order. This ensures customers are not penalised for ordering just one small item such as a tie. This is an approximate guide of the charges:

1. Delivery to Uk & N.Ireland

• Weight up to (and including) 100g = £1.00
• Weight from 101g to 250g = £2.95
• Weight from 251g to 1500g = £3.95
• Weight from 1501g to 2500g = £5.95
• Weight from 2501g to 100000g = £7.95

2. Delivery to Europe (excl UK & NI)

• Weight up to (and including) 250g = £3.99
• Weight from 251g to 500g = £4.99
• Weight from 501g to 1500g = £9.99
• Weight from 1501g to 2000g = £12.99
• Weight from 2001g to 31000g = £18.00

• Order cost up to (and including) £1,000.00 = free

Collect from IPSWICH Store

• Order cost up to (and including) £1,000.00 = free

Collect from NEW MILTON Store

• Order cost up to (and including) £1,000.00 = free

• Order cost from £0.01 to £1,000.00 items = free

Direct to School - School Orders Only

• Order cost from £0.01 to £25.00 items = £10.00
• Order cost from £25.01 to £100.00 items = £7.99
• Order cost from £100.01 to £10,000.00 items = free

You will be offered all applicable delivery options during the check-out process

When your order is dispatched we will send you an Email letting you know. Your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

Schoolwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your Schoolwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order in the above timescales and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
